All these services are available at the customer service desk, located at Gate 3.

 

Customer Feedback Forms

In our constant endeavor to provide every customer with an enhanced shopping experience your feedbacks are valuable to us. Hyatt Plaza Feedback forms are available for you at the Customer Service Desk and to assist us with all your comments and suggestions.

 

Q Post Box

Q post box is available for customers at Gate 3.Pick up are at 7:00am, 10: am and 4:00 pm daily.

 

Lost and Found

If you have lost your personal belongings check at the Security Room next to Mosque (male).For assistance go to the customer service desk or call our security at +974 4697313 We value your personal belongings and all found items are kept safely for 6 months. All items after 6 months will be handed over to the Charity Associations.

 

Banking Services

Commercial Bank is located besides Giant Stores near Gate 4.We have additional ATM services for more convenience

 

Automated Teller Machines (ATM)

Automated Teller Machines are available at all the six entrances.

Commercial bank is at Gate 1. Al Ahli Bank is at Gate 2. Doha Bank and Qatar National bank are near Giant Stores. Qatar Islamic bank is at Gate 3 & 4. Standard Charted Bank and HSBC are at Gate 5.

 

Internet Connection WiFi

Customers at Hyatt Plaza can enjoy the benefits of conveniently surfing the wireless internet access across the mall. The WiFi cards are available at Customer Service desk, near Gate 3 for QR30 & QR 50 each.

 

 

Prayer Rooms

Separate prayer rooms are available for ladies and gents. Ladies prayer room is located beside commercial bank near Gate 4 and gents’ prayer room is located beside Damascus jewelry.

 

Basic First Aid Amenities

Please visit the Red Crescent first aid center located in our security office or simply ask the customer service desk at Gate 3 or any security for assistance.  

 

 

Public Phones

Public phones are available nearest to most of our entrances - Gate 1, Gate 2, Gate 4 and Gate 5.Simply ask any security for guidance.

 

Qtel Customer Service

Qtel Customer Service is located at Gate 2, which cater to all your Telecommunication needs whether payment of bills or a new connection or a trouble shoot.

 

Baby Chairs

Baby Chairs are available for convenient dining, at no charge in the food court located at Gate 6.

 

Complimentary Wheel Chairs

Wheel Chairs are available for no charge at customer service desk, security room and Jungle Zone. Alternatively, you can call us ahead of time and we shall arrange for your wheelchair to be available upon your arrival. Please contact our customer service + 974 469 7322.

 

Complimentary Shoe Polishing Service

This service is available at no charge at Gate 1 and Gate 2 entrances

 

Disability parking

Designated parking spots are available for persons with disabilities located close to the mall entrances

 

Car Wash Service

Car wash services are available at all parking area for a set fee

 

Taxi Pick-Up Services

Taxi pick-up service is available opposite to the Gate 4 entrance parking area

 

Baby Change Room

Shopping moms can conveniently change the baby diapers at all ladies wash rooms located besides Oriental Express at food court, beside commercial bank, homes r Us and at Jungle zone
